The company has been receiving reports of individual/s presenting themselves to be agents or representatives of Chosen One Land Dev’t Corporation, which have been negotiating, promoting and soliciting payments from third parties, for and on behalf of the corporation.

The said individuals have been showing documents purportedly emanated from our company in which case, they are not authorize to do so, and some have been forge.

We wish to convey the general public that Chosen One Land Dev’t Corporation, does not issue documents to be presented by an unauthorized individual, allow forging any type of document and signatures or gave authority to anyone to negotiate, promote, or demand payments for and on behalf of the corporation.

Since March 31, 2023, there have been changes in the management. Therefore, documents presented by an individual might have already been revoked, cancelled, invalidated and/or nullified already.

In this regard, individual that does not have the legal corporate authority bestowed by the board, does not have the authority to represent the corporation in any form. We sternly caution the public that any transaction or agreement by individuals, shall not bind the corporation.

Chosen One Land Development Corporation strictly adheres to its policy, provisions of laws, rules and regulations applicable to the commitment of our goal.

This notice covers all management personnel of the corporation, whose names maybe used for the above purpose by unscrupulous persons. In case of any concern, the general public is hereby advised to report suspicious activity, transaction, of individuals representing the company.
